ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow one business day to process your order.  Orders submitted after 12 noon US Eastern Time are deemed submitted on the following business day.  Expect an email within two business days with the UPS tracking number to let you know your Order has been shipped.  You can use that tracking number to follow the package in transit and confirm its delivery to the Ship-To address provided.

 

SHIPPING 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, choice of shipping terms and/or Incoterms, packaging configurations and, for non-bulk orders, choice of carrier will be at the Seller’s sole discretion.  

Regular (i.e., non-bulk) Orders are generally shipped within two business days using UPS.   We do not offer store pickup or local delivery options.  

For each market we serve, we offer the Customer at checkout choices of shipping service levels through UPS so the Customer can select the appropriate combination of shipping lead time and shipping cost for that Order. 

International Orders - Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are calculated and collected at checkout as part of your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

  • UK Orders: VAT is included in displayed prices. For orders over £135, applicable duties (if any) and VAT are collected at checkout.
  • Australia Orders: GST is included in displayed prices where applicable. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout.
  • Other International Markets: All duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping destination.

If we currently do not serve your market, please contact us through the website so we can add your delivery locations to our shipping service.

Bulk Media Orders

All Bulk Media Orders are shipped EXW (our location), as negotiated in a Sales Quotation and Customer Purchase Order.  Title passes to the Customer on pickup by the Customer’s carrier.  If the Customer desires shipping insurance, it is the Customer’s responsibility.
